How it Works

They will ask you a couple of questions to get a better feel for the type of software you need to install or upgrade. From there, they remotely connect to your Mac-based laptop or desktop computer. This allows them to install and configure your new application. Our Care Experts are fully trained in operating system installation and Mac computer software installs. We will even walk you through the configuration of your Mac after you have installed Mac OS X Mountain Lion, and we’ll teach you some tips and tricks for the next time you want to install some software on your computer. This service is limited to installing and properly configuring one software application to a single Mac computer. Additional software applications or Mac computers will require additional purchases of this service.
What it Costs
As you might have guessed, hiring an Apple trained software technician to install and configure your computer’s programs gets expensive quickly. At StartOnMac, we have worked hard to establish ourselves as trusted and easy to work with Care Experts. But, we also work hard to keep our services affordable for you. In fact, we’ll help you install any Apple or third-party software program for just $34.99 per installation. On the other hand, if you’d like to have our Care Experts regularly at your fingertips, you’ll love our Subscription Service at just $12.95 per month. This includes unlimited software installations and much, much more.
Service Exclusions
Service does not include; cost of software, training on the software, large data imports (over 200MB), installation of unlicensed material, additional or unrelated software services.
Service Requirements
Service requires the user have a working internet connection and the software to be installed already purchased and available for installation.
